- How much does it cost to send an SMS ?
- To get the cost for sending an SMS you must follow the link: 'Our Pricing' under Pricing and Coverage menu. You may even calculate the total cost for the quantity you wish. For this, simply input the number of credits you want to culculate the amount for and click on calculate to get the costing.

- How do I check recent sent messages?
- After you are logged in to your "My Account" section, in left navigation you will get a link 'Transaction History'. Clicking the 50 latest transactions.

- Where can I find sample code for the HTTP API?

A lot of sample code is available on the internet. You will also find some sample code on
EasySMS's site. Go to 'Support-> Download' menu you will get to download the HTTP API code.These codes are available in PHP and C#(ASP.NET).

- How can I make a payment to EasySMS for SMS credits?

There are two modes of payment, Online & Offline. You may pay online by making the payment through your Credit Card / Online Banking. All information is secured and the transaction too. If you go for offline payment option, after placing the order, send us a Cheque / DD in favour of "Exemplar eSolutions" payable at New Delhi, India, and mention the order number at the back of the instrument. Upon the realisation of the payment, corresponding credits will be added to your account.

- I am unable to register on the EasySMS website

If you are unable to register, it could be that your browser's security settings, or
personal security software is preventing you from sending your details over the internet.
This means that EasySMS's registration page never receives the information you have typed
on the registration page.
To bypass this, lower the browser's security settings to a standard or medium level - and
the same for any personal security software, then try again.
If you reach a failed login page after submitting the registration form, you need to enable
cookies in your browser. If you have cookies disabled, you will not be able to log into the
website.

- My email address has changed, how do I update my account?

After logged in you have to follow the 'Contact Information' of left menu in 'My Account'.There you may update your information including email.

- I cannot remember my password. I am not sure whether my password is correct.

Go to 'Login Page' and use the link 'Forgot Password'. Type in our email id which you have used to register with us and we will send you the password to the corresponding email id.
